Processing Time
  • 1-7 Business Days 
Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day which is Monday.)
***During Holidays and Sales processing can take up to 1-14 business days!***
PLEASE NOTE SOME ITEMS MIGHT BE SHIPPED OUT SEPARATELY. 
Cancellation
  • Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot be altered, cancel or changed once your payment is complete.

Lost or Stolen Packages
  • Girly Vibes is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once packages are received by the delivery company (USPS, UPS, FEDEX AND ETC), we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact the delivery company. They are responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them. If there is any damages to your products contact us within 24 hours of receiving item at shopgirlyvibes@gmail.com.
  • Girly Vibes ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Girly Vibes or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. 

 

Refunds + Exchange
Due to the nature of the items, for sanitary purposes, health and safety reasons, ALL SALE ARE FINAL and there is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES. If an item is defective you have 2 Days from when you receive the item to email us at shopgirlyvibes@gmail.com. We will be happier to assist you. Please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. If your products are damaged upon arrival, please contact your local post office (USPS) for a refund due to all packages include insurance rates in their shipping costs.
